Note: Thunderbird 6 was produced in 1968 and was written by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson and directed by David Lane. It was a sequel film to 1966's Thunderbirds Are Go and was the second film to be adapted from the 1960s television series Thunderbirds.
The television series and films used scale models and special effects, together with marionette puppets in a film process termed as "Supermarionation".
The plot of film Thunderbird 6 centres on Skyship One, a futuristic airship that is the latest project of the scientist Brains, the highly intelligent designer of the Thunderbirds ships and scientific officer of International Rescue.
The poster artwork was designed by Frank Bellamy.
